1) These marches take awhile. You can also put out multiple of them. I will also try for bi-weeklyupdates, seeing as thy are designed to be less GM work than some copy-pasting battle reports.
2) Battles will have a huge effect
3) There is always some rolling and GM discretion, however, I am trying to minimize random rolls. Sadly, real life dose not account for the 1 v 100.
I am glad you appreciate this, but it is a merely I rough draft I threw out without Co-GM approval. I was hoping for communal input like yours to constantly improve.
