Donovan realized how negative he had just sounded and made a mental note to keep his mouth shut, he figured it best to keep it to himself for now. There was a bit of uncertainty to be had though what with the overwhelming reaction most people had to Donovan but really he hadn't talked with them barely at all since they tried to get him to believe something was wrong in the first place. The silence was equal parts his fault a much as his friends for both sides shock at the other but it all revolved around him regardless. However, there was still hope that despite everything that they were put through his friends could be reasoned with now that he knew better than to doubt them. "Time heals all wounds...I think that was how it went at least." Donovan said remembering a quote he heard once doing his best to agree with Eden but ready to talk with Carly. Donovan looked at the apartment building as he got out of the car which gave him the awkward thoughts of if he locked the door and other less important subjects. He lightly shook his head really not wanting it to bug him and would follow Eden to Carly's door where he stood behind his friend to the side. It didn't entirely surprise him that Carly got a bottom floor room given that she was probably in and out of the place often enough that being a couple floors up would be less convenient, one thing Donovan with his third floor apartment knew all too well. Him standing a little off to the side was just a way to sort of silently announce his presence hopefully without terrifying Carly and to give Eden a chance to speak before he was formally noticed. "You think she already made breakfast or just decided to make it for both of you?" Donovan said managing a light grin, he felt like he had to lighten up for Eden's sake, which was scolded by his stomach which roared at him a bit for thinking about food, it wasn't without warrant because he didn't have an appetite the rest of yesterday what with all the excitement and his episode.
