Eden smiled up at him and shrugged. "No telling." she responded. She turned her attention back to the door and gave a small knock. It was only a mere second before a cheerful "Cooommmiiinnggg~!" came from an all too familiar voice. Before long the door swung open to reveal Carly. She was a few inches shorter than Eden with curly blonde hair and pale skin. Big blue eyes blink up at Eden with welcoming. Carly had yet to notice Donovan standing behind her. "Hey Eden-" Carly greeted but suddenly fell silent as her gaze locked on Donovan for the first time. A look of terror came over her. Carly suddnely gripped Eden's wrist tightly and tried to pull her into the apartment. It seemed she had clear plans to shut the door once her friend was safely inside. "Ah! Carly wait! Let me explain!" Eden said resisting the other girl and pulling her arm away and usng her body to block the door from closing shut on them. Eden didn't quite expect to have to be so forceful but she had to act quick. "Explain?! You don't need to! Why you would even bring him here is crazy! Don't you know how he is now? He's not who you think he is Eden! He'll hurt you! I told you-" Carly quickly began to protest before Eden interrupted. "I know, I know! But you've got it all mixed up Carly. He's still himself... Just not at night which is when I'm guessing he attacked Evan and talked to you like that. Please just relax for a moment..." Eden said pleadingly. Carly looked at Eden then flickered her gaze to Donovan. There was still a hint of fear and she seemed to be watching him to see what his next move would be before she would listen to Eden.
