From how I took it Tatsuas focuses a lot more along the regeneration aspect rather than the alteration of muscles or senses as well, and it has a nasty side effect that isn't mentioned but we discussed elsewhere. [/quote] Tis indeed, however at the same time just cause it's a time power doesn't mean that it needs to mean you can travel through or stop time, perhaps you can speed it up or slow it down in a localized field making yourself seem really fast or something else really slow.
