Down to business! [center]Rules:[/center] 1. THERE ARE NO RULES! [sub]...Only a few guidelines.[/sub] 2. I'm currently trying to play at high-casual to advanced levels so please keep that in mind. I'm not going to have an aneurism over word counts but if I'm typing up 1000+ word posts and I get 100 word responses (consistently), I will probably pause the game until we can brainstorm something that catches your interest more or call it quits. 3. My schedule is highly unpredictable and I'm apartment hunting atm. If I don't respond I'm not dissing you, I'm drowning in real life dullness. 4. I play pretty exclusively fantasy. I love magic. I love dragons. I love quests. I love drama. And I have just never found any of that in slice of life, real world, non-magicy games. If you think you can change my mind, I'd love to hear from you! [center][b][h3]Plots[sub] +18 Only[/sub][/h3][/b][/center] Alright, I've got a few games going already that I'm pretty in love with and I've had the chance to play with some really stellar people on here. The drama in these epic games and the fact that I binge watched LOTR and Hobbit recently has inspired a few new cravings! [hider=Dragons Over The Mountains] The northern kingdom of Ho'am has long been the home of the Northern Elves. Great warriors, loyal tenders of Nature, bound tightly into a great tapestry by the threads of family and community, fearsome mages; the Northern Elves are a proud but veiled people. They have guarded the north for as long as there has been a north to guard. And now... now there are rumblings over the great mountains and the seers of Ho'am dream only of fire and the cat eyes of great scaly beasts. Unlike the tamed and small wild dragons in the south, the beasts banished over the mountains were once great and terrible titans that roamed the world carelessly and terrorized all that crossed their path. But after Ho'am has sent a large portion of their mighty warriors to scout up the mountains and guard them if they can, and before word can be sent out to the ancient kingdom's allies, Ho'am finds itself trampled swiftly under the foot of a savage people (can be anything from orcs to some brand of human to whatever you want). In the chaos of taking the capital, a great mage and one of the princesses of Ho'am is captured and taken as a trophy by your character. Now! This is not the average princess kidnapping. Princess Gadia will be a bad ass. And your character will also be a bad ass (if you want, I don't actually like making character decisions for other people). There will be a bit of her having to deal with living in a radically different culture that is (preferably) quite a bit darker and/or quite a lot less tree huggy than what she's used to. I would like this to be a romance but it's going to be a [i]rough[/i] ride. And, once she realizes either she can't escape, she doesn't want to escape, or she has the opportunity to use your character's army/people/whatever against the dragons, it'll be time for them to go into action/drama mode. I would love to get all kinds of input on this one or just start it as is. Either way, this thing is at the top of my list! <3[/hider] [hider=Lost Weapons of The King] This one is still a bit rough so if you'd like to flesh it out with me, I'd be delighted! A tyrannical king is defeated in a unified front of rebellion from his people and a rival kingdom (or union of kingdoms). In the chaos of the take over, however, the old king's collection of horrors is set free. Among them, a great telekinetic mystic. Your character (probably a knight or reputable warrior for hire or something to your liking) would find my telekinetic wandering the misty hills. After a bit of kindness (either her helping him or him helping her) and her being mistaken for a refugee of the capital, she comes back to the city with him. The general idea is to turn it into a monster hunting adventure where not all the monsters are necisarily bad guys.
