XP hey meanie bo beanie she's one of the only merpeople that hasn't hyperventilate herself into complete vulnerability! She's not inefficient~ she just doesn't know what she's doing she has had very little experience with humans and has never had to deal with them in this kinda close proximity. Sure shes trained in the guard but it's not like shes top of the line like Dylan~  besides Balon is bigger and more experienced then her in actual combat.
