Awesome! And you can make a wild Anomalous for when the Recruits head out into the Outlands for training. But I would prefer if you start out with a Recruit and then add the other Anomalous later. 

And powers are limitless as long as they don't control another player's character. Besides that, it's fine anyway. :)
