Armis grinned at Kara's tale. It wasn't a 'happy' storry, but it sounded like she enjoyed her childhood.
"I can understand having to figure it out on your own."
She warily looked around. 
"I'm also going to guess that your fighting experience is going to come in handy. These people didn't bring us in to give us a free education for nothing."
Armis suddenly was struck by an idea. She smiled as she regarded Kara.
"Would you like to be roommates?"
