Well if you look at our situation it's like we're caught by a huge natural disaster which anyone can see just looking swept through the school so fast even the teachers were overwhelmed by it then the authorities are also likely to be swamped by it.
We need to save ourselves and if we can our families and anyone else still breathing. Miki's parents are on their estate or maybe trapped in their businesses which are not nearby so she needs to think outside of herself and her own concerns
