The pattern of application:

- Claim land

- work on sheet while claim is processed

- get accepted, send sheet to GM

- Get sheet accepted

- post sheet in the NS section of the thread (after ooc is made)(you may reserve a spot in the ns section instead of waiting on me, I'm not really strict, I just put this up here for ease.)
