She will have went through the standard procedure, including a DNA sample and Iris Scan, fingerprints (I mean we do these things nowadays) so that will all be on file. More or less you'll be making a seperate part of that file (Once you figure out she is in fact Edith). You can chose what tests to do, but remember her DNA won't be exactly identical to what it was before, though pretty damn close. Though at the same time you won't (Yet) be able to identify for sure what the differences are or what caused them.
