[b]THE FOREAS:[/b] 
The species was once a part of the Jujenkan Collective, a Collective of Species which focused on the rounding up of all knowledge in the Galaxy, but after a series of ideological clashes, they parted ways.

The Foreas have never been a people to fight, they've never been accustomed to war and the aspect of sudden death that comes with it. Born as a species in a small planet on the edge of the galaxy, their technological advance was quick and effective. Always one with the ecosystem of their planet, they managed to grow as a sentient species and not destroy their homeplanet in the process. By the contrary, they turned their planet more beautiful with each passing day. 

They're a rarity, seen nowhere else in the known galaxy. A species of sentient, humanoid plants. With dense, strong wood for bones and plant fibre for muscles and skin. Instead of hair, they've got leaves. As photosynthesizing beings, they need no food and thrive on incandescent light and water alone. Their ears can catch even the tiniest sound within a range of twenty meters. Due to their form of reproduction, a female can carry her seeds with very little change in her body and mental state. The female body is very delicate and lightweight, suited for agility and flexibility, while the male body is better suited for physical labour and defending other Foreas, being a hulking form of muscle.

The Foreas, before they made contact with another sentient race, used to have no eyes, nose or mouth, as they didn't need them for survival. But once other beings began offering them the gift of genetic modification, they couldn't turn it down. As a result, thousands of years later, all Foreas have facial features as well as the previously unknown senses of sight and taste. 

The Foreas society is formed around a single entity, a tree they call The Tree of Awakening which is allegedly the tree from which the first Foreas awakened. Every Foreas has a special connection to this tree, being able to form a psychic connection to it and leave their memories and experiences within in. Following Foreas can then tap into the Tree's Memory vaults and "play" that memory. As per tradition, Foreas are only allowed to visit the Tree once every five years.

[b]Misc Info:[/b]
A Foreas can live up to over two thousand years in peaceful circumstances. Usually, the older a Foreas is the more powerful and influential they are. They only start experiencing feeble bodies and withering leaves after the fifteen hundred years mark.

Foreas Sap and leaves are poisonous to most mammals and reptiles. 

If correctly treated, Foreas Sap can be a delicious, sweet additive to a meal. And though it is legal in many places to use this additive, most Foreas will despise you for consuming their life fluid.[/center][/hider]
