Me, I averted that whole crisis. I don't have a roommate, I have a tennant, and I own the house. Keeps the relationship much cleaner. Plus he's into hiking and climbing and thus spends only about 10 waking hours in the house per week. And I pocket $500 a month. Those are terms I can agree with.
