Moros had remained to observe throughout the entire operation, claiming that such an extensive surgery required his supervision, both to ensure success and so that he could properly take notes of the process. In truth, he had sensed the force user the moment she was brought in and at the moment a force user who had not already been brainwashed by the Jedi had the potential to be an invaluable asset to him. When she awoke he was there, waiting. His eyes were closed behind his thick metal breathing mask but he did not need sight to sense her come to consciousness, the sudden jolt in the Force was more than enough to alert him. He of course was masking his force signature, otherwise she would have already been overwhelmed by the dark side emanating from him, especially in her current state. When she finally spoke his cold eyes opened behind his mask, and he turned his head to look at her. He already knew what the extensive cybernetic surgery looked like, he had been there the entire time after all. He paused before speaking, seeming to calculate his words before a brassy, metallic voice carried his words. “I kept you alive. Without extensive cybernetic enhancement you would be floating in a bacta tank for the rest of your short life.” He caught her looking around and noticed the dejection she felt. Even if she could disguise her emotions, he was far too powerful in the force to be fooled by an amateur. “Your father left shortly after bringing you to us. I doubt he will return any time soon.”
