Works for me that they may know each other already, if that's what you're saying. I imagine Dagula and communications people probably learned to work together through the academy at some point.

I figured instead of doing the EVERYONE FILTERING IN AT ONCE I'd just have Victor already be waiting like a creepy Dagula dude. Also acknowledging the rest of yous jokers.
