So we had someone who asked a similar question like this. What I said was that you need to make a Recruit, that way you can be a part of the RP more, but you can make one for later on in the RP. So, you can create two characters. I want everyone to be involved at the beginning, that's why I'm requiring people to create a Recruit. So they can be involved.
