I'm interested, but if you wanna do this sorta RP, you as the captain/gm, need to be very very active, or the RP dies very fast. Seen 4 other one piece RPs where this happened. Also, no "stagger and aquire people who applied before the RP started" stuff, or the people who have to wait til they're 'aquired' will leave due to boredom. So basically skip the whole east blue arc or find out a way to get everyone together pretty quick. And by quick I mean within 2-3 days at the most.

good news if you do it all right, if someone leaves you can recruit a new player in an arc.
