[@Lugubrious] If I could just ask one thing though, with Revel could you not go too far with manipulating the story? I mean, you can easily say things like "Elementalist can't help because I see no way of his effectiveness" and then boom, you've practically made one persons character worthless in this fight. Not trying to be mean just pointing out something which can be considered as god-modding. :)
Not to speak for Lugubrious but as far as I can tell Revel's power is neither all seeing nor definite. He sees fragments of possible futures, sometimes completely without context. So if he says the Elementalist won't be any help it could be that in his possible future the Elementalist just doesn't help or Revel missed the moment in future time that the Elementalist contributes. Plus if something major changes between the time Revel says what the future will be and when it's supposed to occur then it may not happen like that at all. For instance, he had a premonition that Hopper would be necessary to defeat the Immortal by kicking him into the core when he thought Revel had been killed. He is facilitating that future by making it seem like the Immortal kills him and his premonition didn't say anything about one of Hopper's legs being messed up and Crosscut having to warp him into the reactor chamber to perform his part. It'll likely be a little bit tricky for Lug to work with but just bear in mind that anything his character "sees" is open to interpretation and is most definitely not set in stone. It could just as easily be disregarded is the circumstances were right.
