Raymond looked over at Danny when she talked, her response a normal one, not really noticing how slowly she was talking. "Yeah, that's the way it seems to work. Always something popping up." Ray shrugged, knowing all too well that that was his life. Always something popping up to screw them over. It was life, and Raymond was good at putting up a good fight. Ray then noticed that he was now walking by himself. Danny was too busy looking across the street. Ray walked back towards her, staring at the new crowd. The only time this happened since he's been here was when Danny was singing. Raymond was curious, so when Danny asked if he wanted to check it out, he gave a nod, and together they walked forward. The closer the two got to the crowd, the more and more creepy the scene became. The crowd was muttering things that Raymond couldn't understand, but in the center of the circle they made, were three figures. Two people, a man and a woman, were standing over another man, who seemed to be crying. The two standing over him were glaring, whispering harsh things that again, Raymond couldn't understand. What he did understand was that the two started to kick him. Raymond tore through the circle, walking up to them. "Hey... Hey! Back off! Stop! Hey!" Raymond yelled. The two didn't respond to him, and continued to kick the man on the ground. Raymond pushed away the man and woman, their whispers becoming louder. "Worthless" Was what Raymond heard coming from their mouths. The two kept coming back to kick him until Raymond pushed harder, making them fall as well. The only sound now was the man on the ground crying. Except he wasn't crying, he was laughing. It was a maniac's laughter, like the ones you hear in the movies when someone has completely lost it. He was curled up, laughing. Raymond leaned down next to him, seeing if he was alright. "W-we're all d-d-dead..." The man cackled, rubbing his head in the ground. Raymond gently put his hand on the man's shoulder, and as soon as he made contact, the laughing got louder. "Dead dead dead..." The man said softly. Raymond swallowed hard, his mind telling him to get the hell away from this man. "Hey, are you alri--" He was cut off by the man shooting upward, his face now inches from Raymond's. "WE ARE ALL DEAD!" The man screamed with another fit of laughter. He put his hands on Raymond's shirt, and started banging. "It's all worthless! There's no hope, this town won't let us! Its Hell" He screamed at him, then looking at everyone else. Raymond pushed him back hard, backing away until he hit the legs of the people surrounding them. Ray then backed away from them, scrambling to his feet. He yet again felt hands on his shoulders, turning to see the crazed man again. "We might as well kill each other now, eh? End the suffering!" Raymond pushed, but the man wouldn't budge. In a desperate effort Raymond punched the man, with Raymond being much bigger, the man flew back on the ground, laughing again. "yes, th-the pain feels...." he gave a weak chuckle. "There's no way out... Terry is Hell..." He muttered, cackling again. Raymond stared at him, backing out of the circle looking around at the people now staring at him. Raymond's heart was racing, his breaths heavy. What the hell was wrong with these people?! What did the man mean with all of this bullshit?Forget the souvenir shop, he wanted to get out of here. Now!
