Then let me give you an idea of what I have in my mind

I doubt Ill be online Wednesday as I have to drive my wife to Belgium (I live in Holland) for her patisserie examens

anyway I used to have my own mutant group
in time the group leader left, from here on out things happened
Drake (the old leader) has been in the city hidden for a long time
Blade (an old member) has entered the city trying to help the people

so yeah they have their history together
the NPC's I wanted to add are Blade's family, a son, daughter and his wife (later on I have an an little sub plot option I wish to suggest what will have an other NPC belonging to Blade's family)
I may if allowed use Blade's son and daughter for some missions as they follow their father when he is out on missions

also the villain I eventually wish to include is the arch enemy of Blade and Drake (she has a history with Drake directly and Blade was the second one that could beat her so she holds a huge grudge)
