Crixus commands fourth two Raptors (six commanders and thirty six raiders), two hundred and sixteen Marines (subservient to the Raptors in the clan) and the rest of his force is made up of cultists and traitors (six traitor officers with six traitor non-com officers each commanding six traitor guardsmen and thirty six cultists, serfs and support personnel) who couldn't be relied on to fight a true war, even if they're useful for pillaging undefended colony worlds.

The reason he keeps his force so large is as homage to Slaanesh, whose 'sacred' number is six, and so he ensures his force is kept at 6[sup]6[/sup] (or 46,656) troops in total.

You might want to switch the stormbolter for a combi-bolter as those were the equivalent weapons used by the pre-Heresy marines, unless he acquired the stormbolter sometime after the Heresy that is.
