Lincoln enjoyed walking beside Paige. It was something that comforted him. He couldn't put his finger on it. Paige went on to ask him where he is from, and explained further. The she apologized, and Lincoln was almost stunned from the apology, "No! No problem. Honestly. I like listening to you." Then realized how that came out, "I mean, it is just I never really had a conversation like this. I grew up in Slight to answer your question, and in Slight, I live in a logging family. Since slight is the main source of wood and everything." Lincoln went on to explain how he worked day in and day out either doing odd jobs around his town, or cutting down trees and delivering them. He objected himself to let her know he also had friends, but everything is much different from here, "It isn't nearly as formal. Or clean." Lincoln chuckled a little. It was nice to be able to walk and talk with a friend, well, an acquaintance. Life moves so fast, and being able to do something like this is very relaxing. "So, Paige," Lincoln's eyes made his way to hers, "I have to ask you something." There was a short pause, "Chocolate or vanilla?" Lincoln grew a big smile. [@tabbycat]
