You don't have to do them. Personally, I think it is just some algebra, but I specifically say it is not a requirement.
Also, you cited your top 3 in the ICK, which I copied to the characters tab. I did, as a matter of fact, comprehend that. Also, as of late, you have been growing steadily more judgmental and over-critical (I am also thinking a PM you recently sent me, you would know the one). There is a line between constructive criticism and flaming: Where suggestions stop, and complaints over insignificant remarks begins. Consider this a warning: If you cannot adhere to the rule constructive criticism, then this RP is not for you. That is a fairly obvious line. I do not actually mind that you are criticizing me, but as said earlier, it is not a requirement, merely a statement of calculation that you can do yourself if you want to more accurately plan your battles. If this persists, I will have to restrict you from this RP. I am willing to reconcile and would prefer to do so, but this has to stop.

Also, to those ho agree with The Nexurus, this message does not extend to you. I understand your point, and will take it into consideration and action to best suit the majority wishes of the RPers.
