tide finds the paperwork to actually be digital and to be done on the holo-interface on his braclet which doesn't take too long or require good hand writing at all, though his escape is rather difficult since the door to his room doesn't actually open without his bracelet, the weight of it preventing him from leaving.

Though the treck up the stairs is arduous and long, eclipse does manage to make it up to the appointed floor by morning... when he'd started after night had just begun... only to find the room that was assigned to him to be taken up by a rather large male sergal that had seemed to fall asleep while waiting for him, literally barring the door to his bed since he'd passed out on his feet.
