If Quel's been there with the rest of the gang, through thick and thin, then there should be no reason for him not to know the members of Fourth Claw; conversely, Fourth Claw has no reason not to know him, since he is a warpsmith.

Maybe we had those but considering we are defecting I wouldn´t be so sure, I would turn down no one who can do fieldwork on our armour and weapons.
