"As you all know, a threat has come, a big one, a bad one. Yet I think I faced it before." He nodded "This is a complicated task. But I wouldn't have called you if I didn't think you could do it." Finnigan smiled, Fury thought he was ready! That's the greatest reward. "Be prepared for the worst. Be prepared for failure. Be prepared for anything!"
