Kidd patiently listened, or at least until the male human/cyborg [?] for the second time compared him and his race to a [i]cat[/i]. [color=f26522]"Hey. I appreciate you risking your life to save us and all but, Furlynes are [b]nowhere[/b] near a mere Earth "[i]cat[/i]". We can be pretty vicious while your guard's down, ya know?"[/color] As if to emphasize his own point, the Furlyne boy raised his hand to display his human-like hands with claws like that of a predator. His race did appear to resemble quite closely to the human race, but features like the claws, ears, and tail clearly did not. One who came from Earth would immediately see how similar the ears and tail are to a feline's, Kidd understood that from his experience on Earth but somehow he couldn't agree with being seen as part "cat".

For the rest of the narration, from the man who introduced himself as Jack, the shorter male stayed quiet to process all of the information he was given. Talk of hibernating in cryopods was fairly normal at this generation but for a century? For what purpose? Even they themselves seemed to have no lead as to why it had happened. [color=f26522]"Man, snoozing in those things for a hundred years doesn't sound too comfy. Jack, kay, gotcha. Seriously though. Someone just... died and all you and that other human cares about is food."[/color] He shakes his head, wondering what was wrong with these humans, he on the other hand was still calming his racing heart from the previous events. While they had questionable characters, he still appreciated the rescue nonetheless. But even so, would he willingly join their crew filled with... foreign beings? So far from who had appeared before him were humans, cyborgs and.... black energy creature things.

Kidd raised his legs onto the seat he was thrown on and hugged his knees closely to his chest, murmuring in a low tone, [color=f26522]"I'm cool with fixing up your rusty old ship for paying my debt but... Could I even trust you guys? I mean... you beat up those jerks like they were no trouble, but how can I be sure you aren't just another group of terrorists?"[/color]
