Interrupts aren't only for spells, and are sometimes called Counters. basically its taking advantage of a situation such as "I attack you with a million punches then a roundhouse kick." An interrupt would come in between any of those punches and would cancel the rest of the attack.

I wasn't particularly aware people did anything other than that then. I generally subscribe to the theory if you made more than one 'action' in a post you've probably made a mistake.

And yes, for me the Ts are power level.
