im going to try and make a storm island or wind whichever works in the one piece universe.

description: as the name suggests it is a constant weather island of perpetual storms and winds. under pleasant conditions one would only get a light rain and even the smallest amount of sunlight however when the storms kick up it becomes the hurricane and as a result most passangers to this island loose their ship in the storm if not anchored properly. however despite these horride conditions their are plants and trees their and in a few places that are under a large hill their can be homes that can shelter out the worst of the storms.
