I'm trying to focus more on (and get better at) the storytelling aspect of fighting instead of just beating the crap out of my opponent, so I'm thinking an unranked match would probably be best. 

You can go ahead and pick whoever you think would be the best match for her out of your characters (and we can assume that any unique weapons they carry can combat a lightsaber).
