After nearly collapsing and passing out, outside of the Squad 4 barracks, Shinzo had stumbled off in some direction...right now he had no idea where he was going and before he knew it he ended up in a dark alleyway on his back breathing heavily "[color=f26522]My body...feels...so...heavy...[/color]" Shinzo then began to blink a few times as his vision went blurry and before he knew it he was out cold in the streets of the Seireitei. It just seemed like he couldn't catch a break...he'd been in the Squad a short time and was being pushed to his limits...it just didn't seem normal...being pushed this hard.

A few hours had passed and Shinzo finally awoke, his eyes slowly opened as he pushed himself up into a seated position as he then put his right hand on the back of his head "[color=f26522]Uh man...I need to really relax and get my energy back...I should go back to Squad 10 but I aint got the energy for that shit right now. Once I've got a bit more energy...and a change of clothes then I'll go[/color]" Shinzo then pushed himself up onto his feet as he walked out the ally and looked around. He didn't really recognise this part of the Seireitei but it shouldn't take him long to find the Spa's...well...in truth...it didn't. He just wandered around and found the Spa's...not the specific one he was looking for but this one would do, it seemed quiet after all. Shinzo walked into the Spa's and did the usual business and got into the nice warm water and just...relaxed...finally his body was getting what it deserved...
