[@The Mad Hatter] due to not having thought out the age matters with the characters background I was forced to change Drake's background a little.

so now instead of being inside the city since the wall rose, which wont fit with his background and age, as its been 10 years since tech took over

so yeah a year ago he was able to enter the city, which is I guess easier then getting out as if anyone is foolish enough to enter he/ she becomes trapped inside and becomes a new citizen under tech's rule
How he got inside I admit, I dont know, perhaps he flew inside, flying inside the city should be less conspicuous then trying to fly out XD
