John was shaken back to reality by the sound of glass breaking. Water, water, water. John looked down at the water that was slowly seeping into his black socks. He had just gotten a glass of water when the vision had come. He'd dropped his glass in the process as well. "Well shit," he said before waving his hand over the floor. The water split apart and each droplet encased a piece of glass. The droplets floated towards the trash can where they dropped in one by one. I guess I found my plans for the day John thought to himself. He plodded into the bedroom of his beach house, a place that he'd gotten using the money he'd taken out before fleeing from his home town. He changed out of his sweats and socks and instead put on a t-shirt, a blue hoodie, and some white skinny jeans. He slipped into some black Converse and brushed a hand through his messy hair. "Cloud 9 awaits," he said to himself as he walked out the door. He finally reached the old building, the sign above the door telling him that he was in the right place. He pushed open the door and quickly found the stairs. Holding onto the railing, he trotted down until he came to the last step. A girl was laying on the floor, blocking his way down. He spotted two other girls, and a guy, already waiting in the basement. "I hope I'm not late. I wasn't aware that there were others getting creepy mind messages from Mother Nature," John said, grinning.
