Kalinda headed to class, noticing that it was a new room, and that while it looked the same as any other classroom, it felt...different. She didn't know if she liked it or not, but she hastened to a seat, sitting down and looked down at the desk in front of her. Kalinda didn't even notice that there was no space to announce that she was hear as Kain spoke.. when she heard her name, she just went "Here", without even looking up from her desk. Her red hair fell over her face, like a curtain, hiding it really. She was here, because she needed to be, and that was all. She wanted answers. As the teacher continued on with the lesson, Kalinda lifted her head, watching as he wrote on the board. It seemed like an old practice, that writing on the board. Wouldn't it just be easy to speak? She shook her head, keeping her opinions to herself. What did she care? She looked about at her classmates, to see their reactions to the class so far. She sighed softly, looking back to the front, and as Kain asked if anyone had any questions, she raised her hand, and said without waiting to be acknowledged "What's with this room? It feels different to our other classrooms" Her voice, when she spoke like this, slightly louder then normal volume to be heard, was clear, and just slightly demanding, as if she wasn't so much asking a question, but trying to pull the answer out of the teacher. When she spoke, there was a slight accent to her voice that could have been half a dozen different accents.
