"Make like a ninja and Substitute!"  To the untrained eye, Kyouchou got blasted by the Ice Beam, but when the dust cleared, a broken decoy was left.  Kyouchou was making a series of squawks from a different location that was close to laughter from the dismal damage he received from Chansey's Power-Up Punch.
