[@Kurisa][@Phobos] Nairin followed Shinzo after the Captain granted entry to the two of them. She wasn't the least bit scared or nervous, at the end of the day, she wasn't afraid of the Captain or afraid to owning up to her own mistakes. Once she had taken her place, Shinzo spoke, in which she kept quiet and listened while crossing her arms. Once he was done giving his report on what happened, he looked to Nairin, which she took as her cue to add her side of the story. "Captain, Shinzo did a good job on this mission. Yeah, we failed the initial task but the amount of hollows that we encountered was bullsh-I mean, ridiculous. Ehem" Trying to keep her swearing at a minimum in front of the Captain since she wanted to act atleast some-what professional, Nairin stopped herself for a moment to gather her words and cleared her throat before continuing. "As Shinzo said, that 'Aya' girl took off on her own. As far as I'm concerned, her leading skills are terrible since she never told us what she wanted us to do or anything, just left. At first I thought she was going to stay close, so I took off to a few nearby hollow in order to destroy them since it was a part of the mission. It wasn't until much later on did Aya choose to come back, but at that moment I was too busy killing the hollows that took chunks out of my arm and leg. To be fair, Shinzo is clearly not at fault. I take responsibility for the mission's failure. I had completely forgot about the cloth you had gave me, so I didn't call for your help, which led to me getting beat up and Shinzo having to take me back. Which then led to him having to go back to get that girl you appointed leader. I tried to go back myself, but I couldn't gather the energy to do so and I would of probably bled to death if I did manage to, or had been eaten. To be honest, I realise now that I should of used my Zanpakuto, since I didn't touch it which was probably why I got fu-um, messed up. So yeah, Shinzo did good, the pipsqueak did horribly and I'm a dumbass, and the mission failed, to summarise, again." Nairin was confident even though she was speaking about her mistake. She just thought of the failure in a 'you win some, you loose some but atleast you tried' type of way, probably much more laid-back than others would of been if they were put in her position but that was how she was. "I suggest we should train more before going on another mission, and if you want that girl to be a leader then you're going to have to teach her some leadership skills because she is lacking highly. I'm not trying to bad-mouth her but I had gotten very angry at the fact that she left me and Shinzo when we were meant to be a team lead by her." Shutting herself up before she went off on a rant, Nairin held her breath before exhaling through her nose and looking to the Captain, preparing herself for the Captain's disapproval.
