It is... and it's too expensive imo to start with now. If you're interested in a tabletop wargame ypu'd be much better off with something like Dystopian Wars, although that is lacking the great lore of 40k. 

I mean come on, what other universe can make orks hilariously stupid and also a galactic threat?
