All of the participants in the test were warned of how long it would likely take, though the importance of the test meant everyone was willing to put up with the ensuing boredom. There were questions periodically about the test's mechanics, but mostly there was silence as the group waited. Meesei was just starting to begin meditation when she heard the muffled sounds of shouting downstairs, followed by Fendros rushing into the room shortly afterwards.

Meesei shot up from her sitting position and immediately looked to the others. There was only a brief pause to think before she responded. "Stay here and continue observing the test; I will go with Fendros and see what is happening." She instructed. Her words were directed more towards her pack, and the assigned witnesses rather than Harriet. She had not specifically offered for  Harriet to follow, but if she wanted to join, Meesei would not stop her, though she would make sure Lorag joined them as well. 

"Fendros, what is going on?" Meesei asked quickly and seriously as soon as they stepped out of the room.
