[@Raijinslayer] The mind reading ability still needs to be changed. Also... He's a Cross? O-O; I mean, he's got the hair to BE a Cross but I'd still need to see what sort of relation he would have to the rest of the Cross family as it could affect that entire dynamic. I still need to make a clear list of who is in the Cross family. I know who they are, I just have to solidify it and write it down so people can see it better.

Oh, and with the amount of powers you've given him, I'd like to see some more weaknesses possibly a greater limit on those powers. Most of them are fairly high level and give him a bit too much power. If you need an example of a well balanced power, I'd look at some of the other CSs the veterans have posted.

I hope I'm not being too nitpick-y here. o-o; I'm not doing this to be mean or anything. I've just been walked over in the past. So if it seems like I'm being... strict? I guess I sort of am.
