I really dig this, however if Exodus returns he'll more than likely be using Frostbite who had ice powers. Just drop the cold gun and stick with technopathy, the mirror gauntlets, and since we also have a fire based character in Hellfire... maybe use some of Pied Piper's hypnotic flute tech in your gauntlets to project sound waves for crowd control perhaps? Hypnotically suggest they clear the area rather than the team wasting time to do it the old fashioned way?
