Um. Not sure how more to describe the setting. In the beginning we'll start off in one of the prisons of coast city and break out. It's a fictional DC city the equiv of Los Angeles. [Url]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coast_City[/Url] It's not that futuristic, albeit there is the use of battle rooms (holograms and robots to create battle simulations), scientific mech to control meta-human abilities (for prison use only), but other than that it's your typical city. If you watch Arrow or The Flash, just as advanced as those tv shows.
