keep Blade and his family (BUT WITHOUT the kill switch)
but then I may make his 2 kids more active
his wife will stay at HQ no matter what

for now I have moved the CS to a backup section of mine
But I will place a copy of the powers for his son
his daughter I have to make still but somehow I fear you guys will have problems with it though its pretty weak against the crusaders
