[@Pumirya] It was in a PM. He thought he could craft weapons from thin air. (Like Swords and other things.)

He can make gems into weapons, but they break super easy. However, he can detonate the fragments. 

The "Weapons" are really just 3rd tier out of 5 I should sat?
Usable, and disposable. 

If they are out of his reach. (Say a good mile. Maybe half.) the gem dissipates.
