The concept is pretty simple. I'll be using the Anima Prime system and the powers from TMNT hack to run a game that's gonna draw a lot of it's inspiration from the Dragonball franchise, Shonen anime and fighting games. The game itself is a bit different from things like D&D, so I'll be around to help teach the system and otherwise help get acclimated to it. However, it is superb at emulating and making it feel like you're actually playing something that could be an anime, due to the way it works. Here's the pitch: "An ancient priesthood once discovered the Secret of Eden. Their world was changed by this, as the Priesthood gained the power to create things unknown to the societies of old. They made metal statues that moved and fought like gods, bound the demons of the world as servants, created strong hybrids of demon and machine alike, even created artificial people. The priesthood worked with the power of Eden until they reached the pinnacle of their power: The ability to draw people from other worlds. At first this power was used in a controlled manner, only to draw great warriors, leaders and scientists to bend to their will. However, A schism broke in the priesthood. Those who would share the Secret of Eden to the common man, and those who would hoard it's power for their own ends. The Priests of the North and the Priests of the south began wildly calling in champions, monsters, and weapons from other worlds, using them as pawns in a massive war that wracked the earth. Soon, The priests were sent into hiding by a number of heroes from these worlds. Now, the world is filled with outsiders making their home in a war-torn planet. The Secret of Eden floats above the world, wandering. It still works to summon powerful beings, but it's purposes are unknown and it's defenses impenetrable." TL;DR You were either born in a world filled with supertech and magic or called from another world due to being a fighter. These worlds can be original worlds, or you can create characters based on characters from popular franchises such as Street Fighter, One Piece, or Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
