I wish I had thought to have Prim give him something. I guess it will be just as nice coming from Effie or Peeta. Yeah, I know there's exposition in CF, so I could see that happening. I just thought with all chaos that she really wouldn't know what's going on. Especially if someone is going to cut out her tracker. Like, they're all going be a literal bloody mess.
