It would be interesting if one of them, maybe Finnick or Johanna didn't get theirs out (like they thought?) and that could be a way for the Capitol to keep track of them? If we did though, I'd want it to be a little glitchy so it wouldn't have direct locations, just some general area before it's fully taken out?
