Also (though it certainly hasn't been demonstrated yet), longer entries run the risk of being too much work for readers/reviewers/voters, and you can miss some stuff that way. Staff has you covered for feedback regardless, but it's something to think about if you're looking for maximum feedback. At the end of the day, what matters is you write what you're comfortable with, confidently. Do that and you'll do just fine (and more importantly, you'll set yourself up nicely to learn and grow from feedback).
