I have been having them frequently on the same time everyday. It was mostly after work and because i work in a greenhouse it gets like 30 degrees in there. So the lack of clothing is pretty big. I myself think it has something to do with a damaged nose pipe or something.

And yes i was desperately trying to get some toilet paper xd.
