The attacks of both Penny and James made full contact with Jack, since she didn't even try to dodge them. She fell flat on the floor and didn't move for a bit, possibly giving the illusion of victory two the two mages. Then she began laughing as she go to her feet again.

The mist around everyone suddenly began moving and filling us the entire room and thickening to the point that it would be impossible to see more then a few inches in any direction. The only place unaffected by it was the area inside Jamie's wind barrier, as the mist was unable to make it through the strong winds.

quieting down, Jack moved through the mist calmly while making several throwing knives made of mist. With uncanny accuracy, she threw them at James and Penny, aiming for vital areas or area that would severely cripple them, either by cutting the nerves or by cutting tendons.

Elyse held onto Jamie, letting out a scared moan as she hid her face in the guild master's shoulder.

Jack had merely aimed to get into Jarvis' head and succeeded rather spectacularly. However, there was also a chance that Amelia was a risk, even with the assassin not being in the room.

She seemed like she could use that.
