we all have to wait for top as his char is the main thread that is spinning this section
I know he also has his own live and all, but regardless as we all wish to continue onwards
Lets say from this post on 48 hours will be given (basically this means 2 days, which I believe should be more then enough as I take it he has some amount done already, but in case his RL comes in between...)

Otherwise I will skip time to the day if the training
(the one person who was working an a CS can join at any time seeing the char he wanted to create)
